WOODSTOCK — Amy Dill has been appointed Shenandoah County’s director of finance, the county declared in a press launch.

Dill is at the moment employed by the City of Woodstock, in which she began as finance director in 2019 prior to staying promoted to deputy city supervisor in 2021.
